Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential B2B clients in the automotive industry through various channels including cold calling networking events and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their vehicle requirements budget constraints and business objectives.
Present our range of automotive products or services to clients highlighting their features benefits and value proposition.
Develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of each client ensuring alignment with their business goals.
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with clients leveraging competitive analysis and market insights to achieve favorable outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and contracts using CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue quotas and client retention metrics.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients addressing inquiries concerns or issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing automotive technology or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in B2B sales within the automotive industry with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of automotive products services and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities with a focus on creating winwin solutions.
Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proactive approach to sales.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
