Automation Service Engineer

1. Industrial Automation Expertise: Utilize your indepth knowledge of industrial automation to design implement and maintain systems that incorporate VFD and PLCHMI technologies.
2. HandsOn Experience: Demonstrate proficiency in VFD and PLCHMI products through handson experience including installation configuration programming and troubleshooting.
3. OEM Development Projects: Collaborate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in the execution of development projects. Translate OEM requirements into actionable plans and ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions.
4. Complex Application Handling: Take ownership of complex automation applications independently managing all aspects of execution. Utilize your problemsolving skills to overcome challenges and optimize system performance.
5. Bill of Materials (BOM) Preparation: Independently prepare comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on OEM requirements and project specifications. Ensure accuracy and completeness in sourcing components for system integration.
6. Schematic Design: Develop system schematics and wiring diagrams to facilitate the integration of VFD and PLCHMI systems into larger automation frameworks. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
7. Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal teams and customers addressing inquiries related to VFD and PLCHMI systems. Troubleshoot issues remotely or onsite to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operation.
8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of all activities including project plans specifications BOMs schematics and maintenance records. Generate regular reports to track project progress and system performance.

• Bachelors degree in Diploma/Btech( Electrical Electronics & telecommunication Mechatronics and Instrumentation)
• Extensive experience in industrial automation with a focus on VFD (AC Drive) and PLCHMI systems.
• Proven handson experience in the installation configuration programming and troubleshooting of VFD and PLCHMI products.
• Previous experience working with OEMs and executing OEM development projects.
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to handle complex automation applications independently.
• Proficiency in preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and developing system schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and customers.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support and project engagements.
