Job Role:

As a Senior Analyst, you will provide operational support to customers and end users of the infrastructure service. Some of the tasks you will be responsible for:

• DevSecOps and Automation scope of work statements

• Identify opportunities for automation within software processes

• Design and execute QA tests using scripts that automatically test functionality.

• Run tests for databases, systems, networks, applications, hardware and software.

• Identify bugs and quality issues in development, service or business processes.

• Install applications and databases relevant to automation.

• Collaborate with other business units to understand how automation can improve workflow.

• Gather requirements from customer or end-users to develop the best automation solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

Candidate should have experience in VMware Cloud platform – VRA/VROps, Azure DevOps

.

4+ years of experience working on automation

.

Experience of working in an agile software development teams

.

Programming languages – JavaScript (particularly front end), Data bases- SQL, Postgres

.

Good and quality interpretation, written, communication and documentation skill

.

Exposure to work on high volume data driven applications will be a plus

.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

API creation and consumption

Ideal candidates are required to have experience in the following topics:

- Javascript – ES5/6

o At least one of the following JS frameworks:

o Implementing CI/CD Pipelines

o Functional, unit, and integrations tests

o ServiceNow and ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF)

o Service Now Development

§ Behavior- and Test-driven design (BDD/TDD)

o Relational and/or NOSQL Databases (at least one: MS SQL, PostGres, MongoDB)

o Some experience with software QA/testing and/or CI/CD pipelines
