Education and Experience:
1. Diploma/Graduate in any discipline.
2. At least 2 years of experience in financial product sales. Exposure to vehicle sales preferred.
Skills:
- Dealer coordination:
- Assist in dealer onboarding on the preferred banking system.
- Coordinate with the dealers in capturing data of those availing loans from the company s preferred banks/NBFCs.
- Promote sale of insurance coverage through preferred insurance companies.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients during the postsale period.
3. Loan Application Processing:
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and other necessary documentation.
- Facilitate the loan approval process and communicate with clients regarding the status of their applications.
4. Financial Education:
- Stay updated on relevant financial and insurance products.
- Suggest financial strategies to clients to help them better manage their loans.
5. Meeting Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
6. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to microfinance operations.
7. Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily reports on sales activities client interactions and other relevant metrics routinely to the company.
