Audit Manager

Duties:

• Planning coordinating supervising and executing forprofit audits reviews and compilations employee benefit plan audits in compliance with applicable GAAS GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Managing teams across multiple clients involving allocating work to staff and senior accounting team to manage audit engagements to budget
• Develop train and mentor staff and senior accountants
• Research technical accounting and auditing issues and provide technical review support
• Manage and build client relationships

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related business field
• CPA track and/or will consider equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience
• Supervisory experience
• Tech savvy; Ability to learn and utilize other software packages to benefit work product and firm
• Highly detailoriented with strategic organization skills to meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment
• Effective and consistent communication skills with both internal and external clients
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision and take initiative
• Professionalism positive attitude personable
• Strong relationship building skills for client contact and future business development opportunities
