This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Para Planner. The Para Planner will work closely with our Financial Planner to support the delivery of comprehensive financial advice to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research preparing advice documents and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Job Description:

Collaboration with Financial Planner : Working closely alongside our Financial Planner to understand client needs goals and strategies.
Product Research : Conducting thorough research on financial products relevant to clients strategies and objectives.
Advice Document Preparation : Assisting in the preparation of comprehensive advice documents tailored to individual client situations.
Quality and Compliance Review : Supporting in the review process to ensure the accuracy quality and compliance of advice documents with industry standards and regulations.
Financial Analysis : Demonstrating proficiency in developing modeling projections conducting insurance needs analysis and evaluating super fund and investment products.
Time Management : Ensuring timely completion of tasks and managing turnaround times and deadlines for providing advice to clients.
Communication with Fund Managers : Maintaining effective communication with Fund Managers to facilitate the implementation of recommended strategies.
Compliance Adherence : Ensuring strict compliance with relevant Acts regulations and standards governing financial advisory services.

Requirements

5 years of industry experience as a paraplanner to support the financial planning process.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in XPlan including adept use of XTools Risk Researcher and Wealthsolver applications.
Utilize Microsoft Office suite particularly Word and Excel to generate reports analyze data and facilitate communication.
Adapt effectively to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Employ strong organizational analytical and problemsolving skills to assist in financial analysis and strategy development.
Uphold professionalism by maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive client information.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail in preparing advice documents and interacting with clients and team members.
