Do you want to utilize your legal degree to help ambitious company owners provide a better future for their family while maintaining a healthy worklife balance We are growing our business in Tulsa Oklahoma and are searching for qualified attorneys to join our team.

If you went to law school to improve the lives of your clients you could be a good fit for our team. We assist small and mediumsized business owners in making sound business decisions in the face of challenges and opportunity. You do not need substantial corporate legal knowledge to join our team but you must have courtroom experience since defending one of our clients may need you to go to court to teach someone some manners.

To avoid wasting each others time if you are a problem bringer/admirer rather than a solution creator or if you just want to conduct transactional work because you are frightened of the courtroom please do not apply. We do not gather lawyers who have a bar card and a pulse. We are developing a tribe of attorneys that have the necessary abilities to assist our clients as well as an attitude that is consistent with our culture. We want our team members to have a sense of humor be adaptable and bring joy to their job and the team. If you are unable to provide a positive mindset you should not apply.

We have locations in three states yet we use technology to foster tight ties inside our organization. We meet every morning via Zoom for a huddle to begin the day. We hold weekly attorney case review sessions and a biweekly happy half hour to keep the attorneys working together. Twice a year we hold twoday retreats for the entire staff to learn relax and have fun. We urge team members to bring their cases. We believe in our clients dreams and fight to help them become a reality.
