Job Description:

As an Attorney specializing in commercial litigation you will be responsible for representing clients in a wide range of commercial disputes. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs
• Managing discovery processes
• Attending court hearings and trials
• Providing legal advice and counsel to clients
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 23 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detailoriented and organized
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
