Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite position for a Personal Injury Attorney in our Manhattan NY office. The Personal Injury Attorney will manage a caseload provide legal advice and counsel to clients perform legal research negotiate settlements prepare and present cases in court and collaborate with other attorneys and legal experts.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Strong grasp of the law and legal procedures.
• Experienced in personal injury litigation and capable of providing legal advise to clients.
• Excellent research and analytical capabilities.
• Strong bargaining and communication abilities.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Requirements: 3 years of experience practicing law in a personal injury practice. Trial preparation and litigation expertise is preferred.
• Candidate must be proficient in English and Spanish.
• JD from an approved legal school.
