Job Description:
a) Perform Bank Account reconciliation and posting.
b) Followup on open items in bank account reconciliation
c) Perform Cash sweeps/remittances/fund transfers in liner/agency books
d) Monitoring and controlling of bank accounts reconciliation of countries/liner.
e) General management reporting & other adhoc reporting
f) Coordinate/communicate/provoke location to provide necessary information required for
reconciliation/clearing of pending lines/issues faced during reconciliation
g) Able to explain valid reasons on open items in bank reconciliation & resolutions sorted
out for those in respect to validate Trial Balance sign off
h) Able to assist other team members in resolving issues.
