The role

Were looking for an Atlassian Cloud Administrator who will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Atlassian cloud products including Jira Jira Service Management and Confluence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Atlassian administration possess expertise in REST API and be capable of collaborating with crossfunctional teams to design and configure new Jira projects.

Youre welcome to work in our office in Belgrade hybrid or remotely.

In this position your responsibility will be to:

• Administer and maintain Atlassian cloud products (Jira Jira Service Management Confluence) to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This includes:
  • Configuring and customizing Jira workflows screens fields and reports to meet projectspecific needs.
  • Managing user access permissions and configurations in line with company policies and requirements.
  • Troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to enhance platform stability.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective Jira project designs.
• Conduct training sessions for endusers and prepare comprehensive documentation for Atlassian configurations integrations and best practices to ensure efficient utilization of Atlassian tools.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts and automation to integrate Atlassian cloud products with other business applications and tools.

We expect you to have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Atlassian Administrator with a focus on cloud products.
• Strong understanding of REST API and experience in leveraging it for integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into effective Jira configurations.

It would be an added bonus if you had:

• Certifications such as Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator.
