We are currently working with a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire an Assurance Associate to join their team in Dublin.
Role Duties include:
- Assist with 1LoD First Line of Defence for Risk Management monitoring and testing of adherence to Group Policy and regulatory requirements
- Input into development of annual 1LoD Wealth Management Assurance Plan
- Work with 2LoD Second Line of Defence and 3LoD Third Line of Defence Risk Management stakeholders across the organisation regularly
- Assist with Risk Control SelfAssessment process and be efficient in Control Assurance Activity Testing s.
Requirements
- Min of 2 years experience in working in a financial industry sector with a regulation and regulatory environment of MiFid/ESMA/CBI
- Experience in carrying out Assurance Reviews and Audits in a Wealth Management function
- Experience with Advisory and Discretionary Investments is desirable
- Stakeholder management communication and report writing skills
- Positive work attitude and contributes to team player environment
