Job Description

Title : Asst. Manager D2C
Key Responsibilities:
  • Category Management: Assist in the development and execution of category strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Monitor and analyze category performance identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Product Selection: Work closely with the category team to curate a compelling product assortment within multiple categories. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Pricing Strategy: Help establish competitive pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer value. Regularly review and adjust pricing.
  • Positioning and Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure products are displayed effectively instore. Develop creative merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in inventory planning and forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels. Work to minimize overstock and outofstock situations.
  • Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns advertising and events to drive category sales and customer engagement.
  • Brand Strategy: Work closely with the Sales Head to develop differentiated brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our overall company goals.
  • Vendor Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers negotiating terms and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track category performance identify trends and make datadriven decisions to achieve category goals.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in retail or category management (preferably in the realm of fem hygiene categories).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
NOTE SHOPIFY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
