Job Description:
Responsible for the addition of new customers and increasing the share of wallet of existing
B2C customers in the given territory

Key Responsibilities
  • To identify and prospect new customers for B2C.
  • To convert prospects and add new customers in the ecommerce segment in the
  • given territory.
  • To ensure a smooth transition process by doing a proper need assessment of
  • customer and set the expectations align with crossfunction teams including
  • KAM Operations IT Billing teams.
  • Ensure budgets allocated are achieved by addition growth and retention of
  • customers in the ecommerce segment.
  • To ensure payments are collected on time with the help of sales support teams
  • at respective branches
  • To increase our share of wallet from the existing base of customers by leading
  • interactions and solving issues across functions like Operations IT etc.
  • Crosssell other products including B2B products upsell premium products and
  • valueadded services like RVP and exchange to increase the yield.
  • Implement new programs including GPI as and when the requirements come up.
  • To stay abreast of market developments and competition activities and updates

you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and growing our client base. We seek a smart and dynamic candidate with 8 years of relevant experience from an ECommerce company. who can leverage their connections within the industry to drive business growth starting with the Bangalore market.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Education: A graduate with a relevant degree in business sales or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Kannada and Hindi.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to identify pursue and close sales opportunities.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
  • Selfmotivated: Highly selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
  • Own two wheeler is a must.
