Job Title: Associate Technical Account Manager
Location: Bangalore India ( This is a hybrid position)
Shift Timings: EMEA Shift ( 12pm to 10pm IST)
Function: Professional Services
Position Type: Regular Fulltime
Position Level: Level 2 ( 3yrs to 5yrs exp)
As the Associate Technical Account Manager you will be working alongside our technical account managers and will assist with activities throughout the project implementation lifecycle including requirements configuration testing SIT UAT launch and post implementation support. We are seeking an individual with strong technical experience good communication and customer management skills and experience with any programming language within the confines of a business application Understand customer requirements and develop code or configurations to meet customer needs. Work with internal product teams to understand product capabilities technical features and functions. Troubleshoot and provide resolution of problems test system and software performance throughout the completion of the development cycle.
What Core Skills You Need to Succeed in This Role
To excel in this role you should have:
- 2 to 4 years of programming experience in major platforms such as Python or Java
- Strong experience with RDBMS preferably Oracle and proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Shell Scripts and Python in a Unix/Linux environment
- Familiarity with REST API integration and JSON
- Exposure to ETL tools preferably Pervasive and software design
- Excellent problemsolving skills and proficiency in shell scripting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Selfawareness motivation coachability and ability to work effectively in a team
