Associate Sourcing Specialist LAA and Canada

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Proven experience in supplier management or procurement.
Strong knowledge of contract negotiation techniques.
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel or similar.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective supplier engagement in English.
Detailoriented with the ability to spot discrepancies and analyse data.
Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.
