Title: Associate Project Management

Location: Thousand Oaks CA

Duration: 6 months contract

Description:

• Oversee and coordinate artwork workflow for artwork and illustration design input collection.
• Ensure tasks are completed by crossfunctional stakeholders per plan.
• Verify design inputs are accurate and complete before artwork creation.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Contribute to global standardization in artwork designs.
• Provide input to optimize artwork processes.

Day to day responsibilities:

• This individual will serve as an artwork strategist within our team.
• An artwork strategist is responsible for overseeing workflows intended to capture inputs for the artwork design process.
• This role will ensure all information is complete and accurate before design.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor degree OR Associate degree and 4 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience
