The Project:

In the consulting segment of operations a distinct mix of leadingedge practical knowledge and project delivery consultancy is employed to maximise the potential of every project.

Our health sector is undergoing an exciting and sustained growth phase collaborating with some of the countrys largest NHS Trusts on a broad spectrum of projects. We are on the lookout for an experienced and driven associate director to join our client s multidisciplinary team. This role involves delivering highquality projects and programmes as well as contributing to the sectors growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project and programme delivery phases for public sector clients ideally within the Health sector (NHS Trusts experience preferred).
  • Experience in contract administration for NEC contracts (NEC 4 Accreditation is desirable).

You ll also need:

  • Membership of RICS CIOB APM ICE or equivalent.
  • Deep expertise in property or infrastructure project management.
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding.
  • Leadership experience with large diverse teams.
  • Skills in managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of carbon and sustainability impacts on project outlooks.
