The Associate Product Manager is expected to:
Work with senior team members to define the product strategy and roadmap
Work with multiple teams (development testing marketing etc.) to ensure proper implementation of defined product strategy manage sprint plans and undertake scrum calls
Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities (data technology etc.)
Understand the competitive landscape define ProcDNA s USPs and onward journey
Work with senior product team to develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
Perform product demos to customers
Develop sales tools and collateral
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant role
Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor s degree; MBA candidates are encouraged to apply.
Technical background with experience in analytics product architecture and product roadmap
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority
Preferred skillset:
Basic understanding of medical and pharmaceutical industries
Proven ability to work creatively and with minimal direction
Involved in designing and building an MVP and defining its go to market strategy
