Associate Engineer

Job Summary:

• Play a crucial role in supporting the production processes and ensuring the quality and efficiency of aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve overall product quality.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement improvements and updates to existing manufacturing procedures.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address potential issues proactively.

Production Support:

• Provide technical support to the production team troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to maintain a smooth manufacturing workflow.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve production challenges and meet production targets.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Generate comprehensive reports on production metrics defect rates and process improvements.

Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications and Requirements:
