Lead the implementation charge: From design and development to testing and deployment youll own the entire Zoho implementation lifecycle ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
Become a trusted advisor: Guide clients through every step providing clear communication expert training and ongoing support to maximize their Zoho experience.
Think outside the box: Leverage your innovative spirit to craft custom workflows reports and automations that take Zoho to the next level for each client.
Embrace agility: Collaborate effectively in a fastpaced environment utilising Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
Youre a perfect fit if you have been practising below for greater then 12years:
- Zoho Guru: Deep understanding of Zoho CRM Desk Books Analytics and other core applications.
- Process Architect: Analyse workflows identify improvement opportunities and tailor Zoho solutions for optimal efficiency.
- Communication Ninja: Clearly articulate complex concepts guide clients through every step and foster trust and collaboration.
- Problemsolving whiz: Anticipate and resolve challenges delivering solutions that delight clients.
- Leadership rockstar: Motivate mentor and empower your team to achieve outstanding results.
- Agile champion: Thrive in a fastpaced environment utilising Scrum methodologies for successful project delivery.
Tech Prowess Required:
- A Zoho whiz: Implementing customising and managing CRM Desk Books People Creator and more.
- A scripting master: Writing custom Deluge functions and wielding JavaScript with ease.
- An automation architect: Flowcharts like Miro Draw.io LucidChart are your canvas.
- A problemsolver extraordinaire: Fixing bugs navigating APIs and resolving any Zoho hurdle.
