Associate Director - Pilot Training

Job Description

1. Coordinate with the Regulator and Ensure License Renewal through eGCA Endorsements FSD Approvals and related matters with DAW.

2. Undertake Projects and Special Ops approvals for continuous improvement related to training such as Existing and New Regulatory Training Requirements

3. Identify and propose alignment of Indian regulations with industry/world best practice

4. Manage Internal and External Audit

5. Over view Pilots Ground Instructors and Flight Dispatcher approval compliances and records requirements.

6. Business Intelligence (Power BI) LMS/ TMS/ DMS any other conversion through digital platform.

7. Ensure systems functionality compliances and optimization (TMS AIMS etc).

8. Trainer requirement calculation cross checking to support and coordination with OCC and MCC

9. Support Training LT with their portfolio vis vis noncrew requirement

10. Internal Team Management

11. Any Other duty assigned by Vice president & Chief Pilot (Training)/ Senior Vice President (Flight Operations)
