Associate Director - Nonprofit Partnerships

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 4 to implement growth initiatives for amplifying depth and width of our non-profit network across 50+ geographies.

• Develop an engagement strategy and drive its implementation to build deeper relationships with our nonprofit partners.

• Collaborate with marketing team to drive webinars, campaigns, community, etc.

• Liaison with the product team to build solutions to enhance a non-profit’s journey with Goodera.

• Build partnerships with third party organizations for branding and lead generation.

• Lead engagements with key strategic non-profit partners.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of work experience, prior experience in start-ups or social impact space preferred.

• Prior experience in managing a team.

• Passion for social impact initiatives.

• Self-driven and proactive nature.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Curiosity to learn new things and learn on the job.

• Accountability and personal organization are essential.

• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and the ability to troubleshoot as need
