Job Description

- Design and deploy machine learning systems
- Transform Generative AI (Gen AI) proofs of concept (PoCs) into productiongrade applications.
- Conduct machine learning tests and experiments to refine and improve models.
- Select and prepare relevant datasets to train and retrain systems as necessary
- Proficient in Python with experience in machine learning libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch TensorFlow Keras
- Prompt Engineering and LLM development using Langchain
Requirements
- 2 4 years of software development or Data Science
- Minimum 6 months experience in GenAI
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work collaboratively
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a strong focus on technical training. Proficiency in developing technical training content and materials. Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
