Education: Bachelors Degree (Graduation from a regular course).
Experience:
- Minimum Years of Experience Required: 0 (Freshers can apply).
- Maximum Years of Experience Required: 3 Years.
(No gaps are allowed unless the candidate has a genuine reason for it).
Communication:
Proficient in English & Hindi.
Good typing skills of a minimum of 60 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
Personality: (Evident in spoken & written interaction)
Spoken: Pleasant demeanor (warm respectful tone modulated speed easy to understand).
Written: Uses polite words is not overtly casual and gives relevant responses.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
Responsibilities:
- Resolving problems/concerns raised by customers on our App via chat/phone/email.
- Establishing a relationship of trust with the customer by ensuring qualitative service (empathy and efficiency excellent communication).
- Learning the products and services offered thoroughly to provide timely and efficient resolutions to issues raised.
- Troubleshooting problems and seeing them through to resolution.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Work Schedule:
- Day shifts but should be comfortable with rotational shifts too!
