About the Role
A leading developer in the Philippines is seeking a detailoriented and technically skilled Associate BIM Model for Permit & Fire Safety (BIM MPFS) to join their growing team. In this role you will leverage Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support the production of plans permits and construction documents. You will ensure efficiency and quality by performing clash detection indepth reviews and detailing for architectural aspects of the project.
Responsibilities
- Utilize BIM software to create and maintain accurate and uptodate architectural models for the project.
- Support the production of construction documents including plans permits and related materials.
- Conduct thorough reviews of architectural elements within the BIM model to identify potential clashes or inconsistencies.
- Perform detailed analysis of architectural components for constructability compliance with regulations and efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to resolve identified issues and ensure a wellcoordinated design.
- Contribute to the fire safety design process by incorporating relevant requirements into the BIM model.
- Maintain a deep understanding of relevant building codes and fire safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to BIM model development and updates.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with BIM software in a construction environment
- Proven understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g. Revit) and relevant architectural software (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field; additional certification or training in object design or fabrication preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, object design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design solutions. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and object design software, such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and 3D modeling programs. Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs and physical objects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, and internal teams.
