Key Responsibilities:
- Draft various litigation documents under senior attorney supervision
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Manage your own caseload with the support of a manager and paralegal
Requirements
- Ohio law licensure or expected licensure with the next bar results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

Training & Support:
Our comprehensive training program covers all aspects of litigation and firm practices. Youll be supported by extensive manuals, video lessons, and in-person training while working closely with a dedicated senior attorney mentor.
Work-Life Balance:
We value work-life balance and offer a reasonable annual billable hour requirement of 1,560 hours. Earn up to 45% in bonus pay by exceeding billable hour goals. Enjoy work-from-home Fridays after 90 days, generous PTO, and flexible scheduling.
Ohio law licensure, or expected licensure with the next bar results. The ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, including communicating with opposing counsel, clients, and court staff on a regular basis via telephone and email. Attention to detail and ability to assimilate information into concise ideas. Works well under pressure and effectively manages stress. Seeks out feedback that enables improvement. Employment history that includes sales or several years of professional work is helpful, but not necessary.
