Job Description
We are a busy and quickly growing boutique civil litigation practice focusing on helping employees in the workplace. We have a teamoriented environment and are looking for an associate with at least 3 years of experience in employment litigation. The right candidate can handle a busy workload and wants to grow with our firm. As an associate attorney you will work with other associates and support staff all led by a senior attorney in a structured fashion that allows for ideas tactics and developments to be shared and exchanged.
This is a salaried/exempt and fulltime position. It requires someone who is a professional takes pride in their work product and is willing to put in the extra hours to see themselves the firm and the client benefit.
Compensation for the position is competitive for a plaintiffs practice and will be decided on a casebycase basis based on the candidates experience.
Job Qualifications:
Education: CA Bar License
Experience: minimum of 3 years of employment and/or class action litigation (excluding any experience in workers compensation).
Bilingual (strongly preferred but not required)
Skills:
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
Approachable and enthusiastic
Proficient in software programs such as Filevine GSuite Microsoft Office Adobe and Excel or other similar software programs necessary to perform essential duties of the position

While we prefer our associates to work from the office hybrid situations are possible after a few weeks of orientation. In some instances stronglyqualified candidates can work remotely after several weeks of orientation.
