Assistant Tailgate Lawn Manager

Job Summary: Gameday Your Way is a growing events hospitality business that specializes in delivering fun & engaging events for our customers before football games at Notre Dame, Northwestern, University of Wisconsin, Indiana University and Soldier Field. We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Tailgate Lawn Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our tailgate lawn event and operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that our event runs flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup, breakdown, and execution of the tailgate lawn.
  
• Manage the team event staff and ensure they are operating efficiently and up to performance standards.
  
• Ensure that all guests are greeted warmly and provided with excellent customer service throughout the event.
  
• Ensure that all equipment is properly set-up, loaded, and unloaded.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times at the event.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the event are coordinated and executed seamlessly.
  
  

Shift:

• 10-14 hours + 90-minute weekly meetings.
  

Date Range:

• September through November with required working dates of September 2nd, September 16th, September 23rd, October 14th, October 28th, and November 18th.
  

Work Setting:

• In-person at event sites on Notre Dame s campus.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in event management or hospitality preferred.
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
