Assistant Service Executive - MIS

FILINVEST COMPANY: HOSPITALITY ENTERPRISE RESOURCES CORP.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSIS

• Lead in system business analysis across all departmental systems such as Business Central IFCA Project QUOTE Project Athena Project Dashboard and other systems integrated in the FICO system of Hospitality Segment
• Ensure existence and effectivity of system security protocol and disaster recovery process
• Work with process owners to create actionable data science insights
• Spearhead enhancements for complete data collection to serve the requirements of financial data users including data for Project Dashboard

TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION

• Lead in system implementation
• Conduct evaluation of system performance and/or enhancements for corrective action when necessary
• Conduct post audit for implemented systems to determine achievement of end state

MAINTENANCE AND SUSTAINABILITY

• Lead in documenting and improving process flow including system enhancements and other related process
• Provides assessment of process and/or system concerns and translates them into enhancement opportunities when possible

BUSINESS IMPROVEMENTS

• Automate manual process
• Establish and maintain updated MIS policies and Procedures
• Establish and maintain updated User Manual
• Establish Users Training Manual whether Face to Face or Online

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy Computer Science Engineering or other related field
• CPA license is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent decisionmaking abilities
• Ability to oversee multiple projects
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in speaking with persons from various commercial and technology backgrounds
• Outstanding leadership and time management abilities
