Centurion Analytics LLC is seeking experienced Assistant Property Manager to help manage Multifamily Properties in Front Royal VA.


The Assistant Property Manager handles all phases of property operations. Customer Service leadership and strong fiscal management are key attributes for this role as you lead the daily operations and onsite staff of this community.


As the Assistant Property Manager you would be responsible for assisting with resident relations resident issue resolution leasing property maintenance personnel functions budget control monitoring market conditions and advertising. You would be responsible for rent collection accounting and marketing and maintaining uptodate records for the property.

The Assistant Property Manager must represent our company in a professional manner consistently maintain a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents subordinates coworkers and the public.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (Highly preferred but not required)
  • 12 years of property management experience (Required)
  • HUD Section 8 experience (Preferred)
  • 2 years of lease administration experience (Preferred)
  • Accounting and financial reporting experience
  • LIHTC properties experience (Required)
  • Property Management software experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competency in MS Office Yardi and relevant databases and software
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws state landlordtenant laws and other property management rules and regulations
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a background screening
