What s the Job?

Provides comprehensive support across teamwear apparel collections for all aspects of apparel development and to achieve delivery and quality in line with business expectations. Understands and adheres to key dates and gates so that orders can be placed on-time and according to the seasonal calendar.

What will I do?

Key Responsibilities:

Provides team support to ensure the successful completion of delivery priorities across the teamwear department.

Meets output of work requests within the critical path framework, raise delay concerns to line Manager and developers in a timely manner ensuring impact to delivery can be minimised

Works alongside senior developers throughout the product development cycle ensuring Castore quality and fit standards are achieved.

Provides department support in all areas from supplier communication, record keeping, filing systems, movement of samples and sample storage

Responsible for the accuracy of information and timeliness within tech pack files and department tracking tools when assisting with processing of information

Process:

Supports the creative vision for the Castore brand and deliver the best execution within apparel.

Provides cross category support where required with timely communication of sample, trim, lab dip comments to ensure on time buy-ready and shipment sign off to critical path expectations.

Provides cross category support with record keeping and filing systems, supports in the documenting of received samples and sample storage.

Tracks, collects, and distributes daily post and supports with outbound postal of samples and information to external vendors/suppliers.

Shadows when possible weekly calendar meetings both internal and external, building knowledge and understanding of critical path management and the associated impacts of delays.

What skills and qualities will I need?

Knowledge and Experience:

A relevant fashion or textile degree is preferred but not essential.

Computer literacy basic Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator (preferred but training can be provided).

Good planning and organisation skills with the ability to ensure information, facts and figures are accurate and free from mistakes.

Experience working with people or within a team.

Working within strict deadlines and able to be adaptive to changes.

Personal Qualities:

Requires excellent interpersonal skills, must be approachable, personable with a positive attitude, willing to help and provide support as needed.

Excellent written Communication, ability to present ideas on paper clearly, concisely, and accurately.

Highly motivated, organised, and disciplined.

Ability to analyse data and use as a basis to solve problems.

Flexible approach and willingness to further learn.

Ability to travel and work effectively across multiple cultures as and when required.
