JD for Treasury operation role : CA with 1 to 2 year experience :

Management of daily cash Flow of Renewable Projects under various SPVs

Ensure timely payment of Interest and Loan repayment on respective due dates

Complete all formalities and legal documentation for various credit facilities

Assist in day to treasury activities and follow ups with internal team for project related info

Provide monthly Treasury MIS related to Loans Interest payment Short term Investment and provide report on all treasury and risk management matters

Assist in credit rating for existing and new projects

Investment in short term debt Mutual funds & Fixed deposits
