About Client:

Our Client is one of the oldest Company operating in the Sweeteners and Nutraceuticals space. It has a diversified portfolio of products including bioproducts nutraceuticals and cogeneration of power. It is also a leader in organic farming and sustainable agriculture.


Job Summary:

The Assistant Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for planning executing and evaluating brand activation initiatives within GT Retail. This role involves developing strategies to enhance brand visibility deploy instore activities engage customers and drive sales through effective trade schemes and promotions.


Qualification:

P.G In Marketing


Experience:

23 years of experience in trade marketing at retail & FMCG on trade marketing


Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning Strategy Execution:

Develop a comprehensive brand activation calendar aligning with an overall marketing plan.

Plan and execute impactful brand activation in GT ensuring consistent brand visibility.

Monitor market responses during new product launches assess metrics using secondary data track closing stocks analyze offtake and iterate as necessary.

Reporting market dynamics by consistent market visits.

Plan allocate and ensure efficient utilization of budget for the assigned territory.

Collaborate with internal team (Sales & Brand) to integrate brand activations seamlessly.

Oversee the development of promotional materials pointofsale displays and merchandising tools to support sales teams.

Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for timely deployment of POS collateral inshop activities logistics and necessary brand collaterals

Reporting & Analytical:

Evaluate the effectiveness of brand activations through metrics such as sales (PreDuringPost) and customer feedback.

Drive costefficient and scalable modules for longterm executions.

Periodic reports submission on the performance of the brand activation initiatives.

Track the outlet performance for the scheme operated and take appropriate action to improvise the same.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand hygiene standards are followed & implemented seamlessly.

Coordinate with the Sales team to align activations and sales goals.

Liaise with external vendors for timely execution of brand activations.
