Role and Responsibilities:
The Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager/Executive will play a key role in the companys sales and marketing activities. Responsibilities include converting sales leads into customers building and maintaining strong customer relationships meeting with potential clients to address their needs and coordinating with the team to achieve sales targets. The role also involves reporting to the higher department on a daily basis and contributing to the teams growth.
Candidate Qualifications:
Applicants should have an M.Tech or M.Sc in biotechnology with 15 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Life Sciences industry. Sound technical knowledge in Life Science products Biochemistry and Immunological techniques Molecular Biology Cell Culture Antibodies HPLC Columns Lab Chemicals and Next Generation reagents is essential. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required along with a proven track record of success in the sales process and the ability to travel at least 70% of the time. The ideal candidate should be hardworking persistent wellorganized and have a pleasant personality.
