Educational Qualification:
Master& rsquo s degrees in Management/ Operations// Social Science / Social work / Other relevant discipline
Years of Experience:
5 years of working experience in setting up systems and processes writing up process notes making operational plans.Prior experience in successful execution of largescale system and process operations.
Technical Skills
Systems and process setup for complex projects and effective utilization
Operational planning and budgeting
BRS development and execution
Multilevel coordination with different stakeholders.
Basic proficiency in project design monitoring evaluation reporting to donors and hands on with applied statistics
Competencies
Negotiation skills
Ability to manage relationships in matured way.
Ability to manage conflict situations in amicable way.
Excellent verbal written articulation and listening skills
Strong reasoning and problemsolving abilities
