Established in 2021 through a merger client combines expertise from Poland and Germany with a new office in India (2022). Their goal is to leverage technology to improve efficiency develop digital insurance products and enhance customer service.
Qualification Degree in commerce Information Technology Economics or law and/or MBA

Role Description
Assist the First Line of Defence in Risk Assessments
Testing the effectiveness of controls/measures
Identify risks and discuss with reporting manager and process owner/s
Prepare checklist on Company s Norms and collect evidences to demonstrate adherence
Design and prepare training slides on Risk
Schedule classroom trainings for employees on a monthly basis
Coordinate and interact with ERGO Group employees and meet the ERGO Group requirements
Periodically update on risk related matters to the Head of Function alongwith Reporting Manager
Assist the Reporting Manager and/or Head of Risk Compliance & Data Protection in functional activities / projects as and when advised.
Key Responsibilities
Timely assessment and monitoring of operational and Information Technology Risks and reporting thereon
Conducting operating effectiveness test of processes
Maintain proof of both adherence to internal policies and the external laws guidelines or regulations imposed upon the company
Ensuring all departments work basis the Company s Norms and any risks identified are mitigated with proper measures.
