Job Role
The role of an assistant manager in training is a crucial position at Moder. One would be responsible for assisting the incumbent manager in the development and implementation of training programs for employees. Assistant managers play a vital role in ensuring the training workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Supervise trainers and be responsible for timely delivery of training.
  • Assisting the manager in organizing planning and implementing training programs.
  • Work with the business stakeholders to understand the training requirements for planning and delivery.
  • Closely with the L&D manager to identify training needs develop training programs and facilitate employee training.
  • Involve in Quality check and bookkeeping training reports.
  • Create business review decks.
  • Should maintain the knowledge repository and make the necessary edits to keep the content current and relevant.
  • Monitor and report all training conducted by the business unit.
  • Assist the business unit in the hiring process.
  • Manage the shift roster and leave tracker.
  • Engage in trainer development by providing feedback performance improvement plans and continuous monitoring.
  • Develop content per the needs analysis.
  • Participate in the business review call to understand the needs and requirements.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Ensure the L2 evaluation framework is versioncontrolled to meet the effectiveness of the assessments.
  • Excellent mathematical ability strong analytical and decisionmaking skills
Required Technical Skills
  • Coming with US mortgage is an added advantage.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) suite of products skills
  • Should have exposure to the learning management system.
  • Should have exposure to in elearning authoring tools.
  • Excellent people management and stakeholder management
Qualification and Experience
  • Should be a graduate in any domain (any Learning and developmentrelated course or certification will be a plus)
  • Should come with a minimum of 46 years of relevant experience in learning and development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Classroom Management and Facilitation Skills
