Tasks

• Assist the Manager in daytoday operations including staff management guest relations and administrative tasks.
• Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints with professionalism and a smile.
• Help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the hostel.
• Pitch in wherever needed to ensure the hostel runs well
• reception tasks.

Requirements

• A people person with a passion for making others feel welcome and valued.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask like a pro.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not essential were more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn!
• A passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
• Flexibility to work weekends evenings and holidays as needed in a hospitality environment.
