We are hiring for Assistant Manager Inventory Accounting for a leading ECommerce organisation.
Job Title:Assistant Manager Inventory Accounting
Job Location: Lower Parel Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible to collect data from various databases to provide data insights and analysis for smooth functioning of Supply Chain functions such as Inventory Management Vendor Management Procurement and Logistics.
KEY AREAS RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Accounting
Verification of Inv Ledgers post receipt from various stakeholders like Warehouse & Supply chain team.
Verifications of B2B transactions and submitting the same to Finance post verification.
Freezing of Purchase Registers MTD & YTD basis and submitting to finance.
Preparing and verifying the Marketplace inv ledgers basis reports available fromrespective channels.
Creating Provisions basisthe data received from stakeholders and sharing with finance.
Reconciling the gap in actual vs theoretical valuation.
Handling end to end ownership of Inv related data to be submitted to Finance.
Reporting & Dashboarding
Preparing Supply chain dashboard summary.
Analysis of Inventory MonthMonth for identifying gaps in inventory levels & purchase costs.
To control overall Zoho related job and verifying every entry done.
To take review of the executive reporting under you for all tasks assigned.
Ensuring all reports are shared within the deadline to avoid delays in valuation.
Data/numbersorientedapproach
Experienced with Supply chain and Finance responsibilities.
Well versed at excel/otherdata analysistools and Proficient in quantitative & qualitative analysis
Good understanding of Supply Chain Operations and Logistics processes.
Understanding of Accountingprinciples and ledgers.
Very organized
Strong verbal & written communication
Take ownership of work Follow up and conclude the task that was assigned.
Coordination with Finance team for inventory accuracy
Providing all data related to tax compliance to the finance team as and when requested.
Example: Purchase Reco Valuation Files IFC Audit related documents etc.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND KEY INTERFACES/STAKEHOLDERS:
Reporting to Supply Chain Manager

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
4 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics Finance preferably in FMCG industry
4 years of experience working withMS Excel visualization tools
Good verbal/written communication skills in English
