Job Brief:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Restaurant Assistant General Manager at Yamashiro. Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee daytoday restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
    • Manage inventory levels order supplies and implement costcontrol measures to optimize profitability.
    • Enforce health and safety protocols to create a secure environment for both staff and patrons.
  2. Team Leadership:

    • Recruit train and supervise restaurant staff fostering a positive work culture focused on teamwork and excellence.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations providing constructive feedback to support staff development.
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between frontofhouse and backofhouse teams.
  3. Customer Service:

    • Maintain highquality service standards to deliver a superior customer experience.
    • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly striving to enhance overall satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the frontofhouse team to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
  4. Financial Management:

    • Assist in budget development and financial planning to achieve revenue and profit goals.
    • Analyze financial reports identify trends and implement strategies to improve overall financial performance.


Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities fostering positive relationships with staff and customers.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Knowledge of industry trends food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 23years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
