Job Details:
  • Qualification MBA in HR and having 3 to 5 years of experience in HR
  • CTC Bracket Upto 4 LPA
  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
  • Work from Office (Sec 62 Noida)
  • Residents of Delhi / NCR are prefered
What will you do:
  • Manage full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit for our Outsourcing line of business.
  • Support candidate hiring cycle sourcing screening interview scheduling offer rollout document verification and referral checks.
  • Manage Payroll
  • Develop and revise HR policies and run policy awareness programs.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives employee learning and development initiatives.
  • Strengthen employee relations through proactive redressal of employee queries and grievances.
  • Focus on continuous process improvements and automation solutions
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties
Job Description:
  • Demonstrated experience of running initiatives for employee engagement learning and development etc.
  • Experience in smooth employee onboarding
  • Advanced knowledge of statutory compliance requirements (employment contracts labour law ESI EPF etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HCM/ HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities of varied stake holder/clients
  • Track record of leading with entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
