Job Description
Assemble marking, coding, and labeling systems according to engineering specifications and customer requirements.
Install and integrate marking, coding, and labeling systems on customer sites, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions.
Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to review customer needs and provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
Perform regular maintenance and preventive tasks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Train customers on the operation and maintenance of marking, coding, and labeling systems.
Keep accurate records of assembly processes, installation activities, maintenance tasks, and customer interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and product developments related to marking, coding, and labeling systems.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source required components and ensure timely delivery.
Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards throughout all stages of work.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training in electrical or mechanical systems is a plus.
Proven experience in assembling, installing, and maintaining marking, coding, and labeling systems or similar automation equipment.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring, cabling, sensors, motors, and pneumatic components.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair technical issues.
Familiarity with software applications used for system programming and configuration.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources to meet project deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Effective communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers professionally.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various environments (including customer sites).
