Job Description:

The Assembly Technician will study and comprehend schematic diagrams blueprints product manuals and process documents to gather information about parts fixtures and tools. Set ups arranges and operates equipment according to specifications and instructions provided by the supervisor. Assembles parts or components to construct a complete product. Contributes to the fitting building or reconstruction of various parts to facilitate smooth component integration. Conducts regular testing and inspection procedures to ensure products meet specifications. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates them to senior personnel to maintain product quality. Maintains a safe clean and healthy work environment in compliance with company rules and policies. Documents and updates results related to tests and inspections conducted to ensure product specifications are met. Monitors progress of parts labor and processes to ensure adherence to schedules. Monitor maintain and repair equipment as needed while fostering good teamwork through effective communication with the supervisor.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A technical degree from a trade school is a plus. Previous mechanical assembly manufacturing experience is preferred. Mechanical experience is required. Tubing and highpressure tubing experience is a plus. Knowledge of safe working practices and proper use of PPE is required. Ability to read and write in English. Must be able to read and understand measuring devices. Good handeye coordination. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
