This role is designed for those with a fiery passion for justice and a rich background in Asbestos Litigation or Personal Injury law. Positioned in Philadelphia this fulltime inoffice role promises the chance to become an instrumental part of our legal team engaging directly with cases that make a difference. What Youll Do:

• Craft and refine key legal documents ensuring precision and adherence to legal standards.
• Manage organize and maintain case files with precision making full use of Smart Advocate.
• Keep a keen eye on docket schedules to uphold all filing deadlines rigorously.
• Serve as a primary touchpoint for our clients offering them unwavering support and clear updates.
• Engage in detailed legal research to bolster our teams efforts in constructing formidable asbestosrelated personal injury cases.
• Execute administrative tasks with efficiency contributing to the seamless flow of operations.

What Were Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal demonstrating a deep understanding of the field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a comfortable grasp of Windowsbased platforms.

Wed Love It If You Have:

• 1 years of experience directly in Asbestos Litigation Paralegal roles.
• Familiarity with Smart Advocate ideally with at least 1 year of handson experience.

Schedule:

Monday Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
