Art Warehouse Supervisor

The Art Guys is a premier art services company in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Due to our growth, we are adding to our Logistics team and currently seeking a talented person to help with handling artwork within our care. 

This position oversees the art facility to ensure items are properly store and documented. They would also fulfill requests to relocate stored artwork for any evaluation, restoration, appraisal, etc. Logistics supplies and equipment are also managed by this role, ordering additional items in coordination with their manager as appropriate.  

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure artwork is properly stored and documented
• Manage logistics supplies and equipment  
• Fulfill and document art transfer requests 
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized storage areas

Key Requirements

• Must be willing and capable to work a flexible schedule. Most work will be from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday but nights, weekends and overnight stay may be needed
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Required to possess a valid Texas driver license and a clean driving record at the time and duration of employment.
• Must be able to lift 50-60 lbs.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, providing "white glove" service to our clients.
• Exhibit a professional, neat, and clean appearance that represents the company
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; positive attitude
• The ideal candidate would have a degree in Fine Arts and a background in painting, but this is not mandatory.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening

Pay Range
The pay scale ranges from $18 to $21 an hour, depending on relevant experience.
