About the job:

Are you a visionary Art Director with a passion for building iconic brands We are looking for a founding member for our design team. As the ideal candidate you ll play a pivotal role in crafting our brand strategy into a visual identity while ensuring its consistent implementation within our marketing materials design system and product experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and the implementation of our brand endtoend from strategy through visual language.
2. Partner with Marketing Product and Communications teams and other stakeholders to deliver highquality experiences.
3. Provide art direction and constructive feedback to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
4. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual experiences across all touchpoints.
5. Oversee and guide outsourcing talent in various creative projects ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategy goals.
6. Stay current with design software tools industry best practices and standards.

Requirements :

1. 5 years of experience in both a branding agency and a startup/hightech company (B2C is an advantage).
2. 2 years of proven experience as an Art Director with a strong focus on leading branding initiatives.
3. B.A. in Visual Communication Design or a related field.
4. Proven track record of delivering visual designs digital experiences and leading branding initiatives.
5. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful branding projects.
6. Ability to translate brand strategies into compelling visual designs across various platforms: print digital and social media.
7. Strong UI/UX skills to create userfriendly and visually appealing digital interfaces.
8. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively.
9. Proficient in industrystandard design software (e.g. Figma Adobe CC).
10. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Uptodate with the latest design trends and technology.
