We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Officers to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a strong background in security law enforcement or military roles committed to maintaining safety and security at the highest levels. As a key security team member you will play a vital role in protecting our clients and their assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide armed security services at a designated site.
Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance equipment and entrance to identify and respond to potential security threats.
Maintain high readiness and awareness to respond to emergency situations effectively.
Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
Complete incident reports and daily activity logs with accuracy and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience with a license to carry a lethal weapon or a combination of licensing military or law enforcement experience totaling eight (8) years.
Possession of a current Guard Card and a permit issued by the State of California to legally carry a firearm while on duty. These must be maintained throughout the tenure of employment.
Exceptional observational skills and a detailoriented mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
First Aid and CPR certifications.
Additional certifications or training related to security or law enforcement.
