Fertiliser Sales Specialist

Area Sales Manager-Fertiliser, Seed and Plant Health
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Area Sales Manager covering the South West to join the team at a highly reputable organisation supplying products and services to the Chemical, Amenity and Leisure markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the sports and leisure sectors across your territory. You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including prestigious golf clubs, cricket grounds, and football stadiums, offering their comprehensive range and products and solutions.
The Job
-Identifying new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to drive growth and market penetration.
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.

The Candidate
-Proven track record in sales, preferably within the turf care, plant or agricultural sectors.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
-Knowledge of turf management, plant care, or related fields is advantageous.
-Full UK Driving License

The Package
-Base salary circa £30,000 with uncapped commission and realistic OTE of £50,000-£60,000 in the first 2 years.
