Authorities Duties & Responsibilities:
1 Achieve sales target as per management business objectives
2Supports the determination of annual volume target approach by supporting action plans based on marketing strategies
3 Support Educate and Motivate distributor s sales team (DSR) to achieve the sales volumes and profitability objectives of ILIN.
4 Monitor and control of Distributors working (Infrastructure Working capital growth mindset) & information flow from Distributors to HO. Ensuring all distributers are working as per the policy & guidelines of ILIN Management.
5Analysing secondary data and devising appropriate input to make Distributor grow in his area.
6Launching New Products/ product portfolios and brand Idemitsu . Positioning of Idemitsu brand to get desired market share.
Key Requirement: Travelling required 1820 days in a month
